Dear One-Voiced Israel, (Regarding Gaza Truce, May 28 – Jun 19, 2008).: My mail to Knesset while writing this part.

(posted on JUNE 6, 2008 15:00)
🙂 DEAR EVERYBODY, 🙂

Time to write. But who am I now writing to?

1. Word on the street in Jerusalem says former mayor is done (May 28, 2008). (Jerusalem Post)
2. In Argentina it wouldn’t faze anyone (May 28, 2008). (JIWON: It is an answer from the Haaretz after my Mailing to Barenboim’s Argentine (May 27, 2008)..)
3. Arabs praise Israel for Independent Judical System (Corruption of Olmert) (May 31, 2008). (Jerusalem Post)

Having kept wondering why it’s impossible to read comments in the Haaretz, I only saved Talkbacks of Jerusalem Post. Though I don’t have enough time to read all of them, I really appreciate my work. Read them, please. I created another Category, called 00. a.Talkbacks.
(On Oct 3, 2008: Category 00. a.Talkbacks will soon be deleted. Please check SIXTH OF ALL below. Besides, in these days, I include Talkbackers in all the articles whenever I find something valuable, so I feel no need to create this special section.)

🙂 DEAR JEWISH PIGs/SOULs, 🙂

For a while, I got confused… Then, I realized… Now, I want none of Jewish journalist to lose their job during Bibi’s era. I just want to write this one sentence. Whose article do you think Arab Readers will prefer to read or trust? Yours or Mine?

(Updated on OCTOBER 4, 2008)
🙂 A Purge at Haaretz (Is Haaretz going to become another Bibi-ton? How long will it take? From Aug, 2006 to Present) (Please click this to click the exact title again.)

(AGAIN on JUNE 6, 2008 15:00)
I’ve already written my personal opinion about President Peres during and after Sharon’s era. (Please check Dear Berlin Mayor and President of Supreme Court of Israel (Apr 22 – May 15, 2008).) Then what about my personal opinion about others? In fact, there was no opinion but a simple curiosity. My curiosity started the moment… Why Sharon’s Defense Minister is found in Peres’ Kadima while Sharon’s Foreign Minister is working for Bibi’s Likud?

Time has passed. Things are happening. There is no huge-or-fundamental change in the Jewish politicians’ patriotic behaviors or their politically big mouth, even after I created my Knesset-blog to report what is exactly happening inside Barenboim’s Israel to EVERYONE.

1. My open letter to Berlin Mayor and President of Supreme Court of Israel (Apr 22 – May 15, 2008).
2. Haaretz: Police chief hints Olmert’s aides leaked details of Talansky case (Jun 3, 2008).
3. Jerusalem Post: Labor leaders likely to back Shalom bill (Jun 6, 2008).: (JIWON: I prefer this title to PM: ‘Kadima will rule for a very long time’. Please… here appears this famous name, Sharon’s Foreign Minister, who is now working for Bibi’s Likud.)
4. Haaretz: State to demand maximum sentence for Shas’ MK Benizri in appeal (Jun 3, 2008).: (JIWON: This is a further happening since My mail to Berlin Mayor. Haaretz website doesn’t work. Jerusalem Post makes no further report. Then, report by Ynetnews sounds quite different from what I read in JP’s article on Benizri’s private situation and Talkbackers add fuel to the gays’ volcanic blood pressure.)
5. Jerusalem Post: Netanyahu tries to stop new Kadima gov’t (Jun 5, 2008).

JIWON:
My curiosity continued, and it naturally led me to Talkbacks in the Jewish Newspaper.
(Please check Talkbacks (Short): Corruption, Election, and Jewish Involvement in Israeli Affairs)

There are more, of course, but isn’t that enough to smell the atmosphere? Weirdly enough, the Haredi-comment disappeared after I posted draft of my mail (May 26), which is not yet finished. There was another comment, which I felt no need to save. I regret now. It was like… “I saw MK-X and MK-Y risking their life during the war. Then why they are not willing to sacrifice their political life in this hardest time like today?”

So… it was quite natural for everybody, from the Left to the Right, including Olmert’s own Kadima members, to ask their Prime Minister to go to hell, even damaging the international image of their Jewish State. But still, there was something incomprehensible. Everybody was talking about corruption; Haredim, Livni, Barak, Beilin, Peres, and so on. Yet, Jewish kids are the only one mentioning Mr. Netanyahu: Teenagers think Bibi is also ‘very corrupt’ (Jun 5, 2008).

NOW, THIS IS MY VERY PERSONAL OPINION. (on JUNE 12, 2008 10:00)

Could you please check all my Knesset-mails? (Please see ABOVE, The-Art-of-Criticism.) When I decided to start my mailing to Knesset, there was one belief in my mind; that there is basically no difference between the MKs’ Jewish patriotism. The relationship between Israel and Palestine is not same as the one between South and North Korea. Is there any Israelite who wants to give up their home for any reason? My firm belief was that the reason of Barenboim’s Palestinian passport doesn’t differ from the reason of Rabbis’ Zionism. No matter how each called the other, their behaviors all stemmed from the same Jewish patriotism and the fact that they just love their Jewish state too much. My only problem was with the right-winged secular, aggressive opinions. What is their reason?

Confucius, he said “Do not do unto others, what you would not want others to do to you.”

I was thirteen-or-fourteen years old when the teacher was writing this sentence on the blackboard. It sounded so great that I made it my favorite motto. I am neither perfect nor an angel but… I always remembered this sentence and tried to follow it wherever I went, whatever I did, and whoever I encountered. It was no problem until…

(If any of you wants to read my life, please visit my another MUSIC-blog, The Art of Criticism. Thanks.)

This has been my life. How many times have I written that I wanted none of performers to lose their job because of my story, and that I just wanted their daughters to experience the same life as mine, but that I didn’t mind all the musicologists losing their professorship? I am curious this Russian professor-or-b*tch is still boasting her kind of lecture in American Music School. I’ve hardly seen more greedy eyes than hers, hardly heard less organized lectures than hers. She was busy at analyzing my personality, yet never seemed to analyze her own characters. I still believe. If one wants to analyze others’ life, he should analyze his own first.

Then, what about another musicologist, whose bright lecture had enjoyed a notorious fame among the students? I’ve hardly heard more severe, even cruel criticism than the one in his debate-class. So, it was weird to watch this keenest brain, which considered the evaluation process too much. Then, all sounded very funny when he hysterically reacted against the students’ critical evaluation while he was mocking the poor old German musicians, who didn’t dare to flee from their homeland during Hitler’s era. By the time I left America, he was losing fame and I don’t know why… then I saw another musicologist being ready to rule the students. There was no difference between the two, except… the new one was younger.

This has been my life, too. How many music schools have I experienced in America? Elsewhere I went, my life has not been normal, and many times, class itself was not normal during my involvement. I sure did curse my headache situation, and how many human beings do you think wanted to advise me to do bla-bla-bla? None of those helped to heal my getting-rotten heart. One day, I heard that all the foreign students fell into the similar situation. Guess what? The louder adviser suddenly made bigger complaint. One of them even blamed that they were having a hard time because of me, because I did survive the situation.

Advising or even insulting the other side is easy. Criticizing competitors is easier unless it comes up with a better solution.

Please… everything was hard for me. Studying music always made me suspect if I was a stupid, ugly female. Now, all the MKs, who have been reading my mails to Knesset, must know that my writing is not quite high-leveled. I prefer to follow something funny, something commercial. However, I must tell this simple fact. Wherever I went, whatever I did, and whoever I encountered, there was no exception.

I don’t know others’ life. I learned my lesson from my life, and I am not a teenager. Hence, I always bear this simple fact in my mind while reading professional writings, especially when their subject deals with something political. When they sound too brainy or too aggressive and therefore not-quite-natural, I always imagine the same situation, which the writers will be forced to fall into. Besides… I am the one who went through, for ten years, all those nauseating German/British Journalism, which tried to praise Jewish Barenboim for his greatness only after they succeeded in their plan to make their German/British conductor a King of International/German Music Society. I am also the one who suffered from the disgusting journalism manipulated by the Haaretz, the left-wing media, while working for Barenboim.

Please… I read almost all the articles about the corruption about PM Olmert, from Haaretz to Jerusalem Post, including its Opinion section. If the writers can’t find their work in my Knesset-blog, they’d better blame their readers.

Sorry about writing this. Beinisch family has been fooling me for ten years and the Haaretz joined them. I just can’t trust anyone in this situation. FIRST OF ALL, (on JUNE 17, 2008 09:45)

One journalist wrote about the relationship between corrupted leaders and media. Thanks to Bashkirova’s Jerusalem Festival 2008, I was able to find the connection between the secular right-wing guys, Bibi and Beinisch, and the corruption case, including the one about PM Olmert and Shas MK. It also took minutes for me to find internet-comments that the extreme right-wing policy of part of Branja has been well-known inside Israel and their thorny attitude toward the religious group. (I’m not talking about Tommy Lapid.) So, it sounds very funny when those guys suddenly collaborate together and even the leftists join them to insult their prime minister and support Bibi. Even the most Talkbackers didn’t answer my curiosity until I found a clue from another Talkbacker answering another article.

May I add two cents? In IBA news, there were Effi Eitam (b. 1952, NU), Yisrael Katz (b. 1955, Likud), Nir Barkat (b. 1959, going to join Likud), and Palestinian Saeb Erekat (b. 1955). Let’s assume that a negotiating table is set in front of the groups of international media. I heartily recommend those Jewish Folks not to enter this open room. None of those can beat Saeb Erekat. This Palestinian sounds much healthier, and therefore more reasonable. This guy won’t lose his temper during his debate with Likud’s Yuval Steinitz. If they still want to join the negotiating team, especially on Jerusalem issue, and win the Palestinians, they’d better close the door, turn off the camera, and use all kinds of dirty tricks.

(…)
Those modern Jewish characters frequently appeared in Barenboim’s interviews, too, in which only Barenboim, unlike other members of Mehta-Gang, missed his old-good days and the modest lifestyle he experienced either in Argentine or Israel or London. Since three days ago, (please see my previous report on June 17, SECOND OF ALL), I’ve been busy. The more articles about Mr. Netanyahu I found, the more I realized how easy it was for Elena Bashkirova to be accepted in Mehta’s Jewish headquarters. Everything was a natural result.

After all, this is the same writer on May 7, who questioned of timing:
“(…) While one can understand why the settlers are rubbing their hands with glee, it is not clear why leftists are urging Labor to pull the plug on Olmert. Let them not be so sure about how their demands will turn out and who will come to power in the end.”

And then, this is the same writer, who never expected Begin-like prime minister from Arik when he suddenly changed his mind and supported Arik. Am I wrong? If this writer wrote his wish to return to the old good days of Jewish state, it’s perfectly fine. But why does he blame Olmert only? It’s not fair. Because… as I wrote before, Olmert’s lifestyle shows one typical case of middle-class man. I can say this, because I am still the one, who is under huge stress when I am invited into the royal family’s party. No matter what, his article can not find its place in my blog unless Haaretz allows me to read his readers’ comments. Or this place will soon be overloaded.

Please… all Olmert’s critics sounded terrific. My only problem was that they sounded like a witch-hunt. Then, why don’t you take this golden opportunity to start a nationwide campaign for the clean election and therefore the pure Knesset? However… Don’t you think Israel should be armed with a better law system first?

FOURTH OF ALL, (on JUNE 23, 2008 11:50)

One journalist mentioned bloc parties. Which means plural. Yet, his only example is Shas, which always votes as a disciplined bloc and is constantly for sale.

I always wanted to find a definition of the religious parties, which always seem to vote as a disciplined bloc. But I didn’t know that they were for sale. Thanks for the information. However… What’s the reason of this critic’s omitting other parties from the list? My problem with his English is that it is too intelligent to understand his writing while daily behaviors of bloc parties are always simple.

What’s more, I always had an impression that the three groups, Orthodox religious Sephardi (Shas), Orthodox religious Ashkenazi (UTJ), and the religious Zionists (NU-NRP), didn’t quite get along together. Also, it seemed that NU and NRP shared the same title only to survive in the Knesset. The power struggle among them frequently reminded me of the one among the Palestinian militant groups. They were united only when Bibi started his trick to topple the unity government. Then I was always curious. If Shas voters are for sale, who they will vote for when they lose interest in their leaders? Bibi’s Likud or other religious parties, such as UTJ or NU-NRP?

Meanwhile, I was searching for more information with the keywords, ‘Netanyahu and Mistress,’ and this was right above Netanyahu sentences. (And then, as I wrote in previous section, SECOND OF ALL, my research on articles with the keywords, ‘Shas and Institutions’ ended with the articles related to ‘Netanyahu and Sex.’ Brrr…)

Politics and Society in Modern Israel: Myths and Realities by Adam M. Garfinkle (1999) Ch. 5. Political Institutions and Issues: The Political Class and Challenges to the Mainstream:
Page 193 (…) There are other reasons why elite interest in politics lacks the stigma in Israel that it has lately acquired in the United States. First, while political clout does help make one wealthy in Israel as elsewhere, the financial incentive is relatively modest. The ethos of Israeli politicians drives them toward status and fame, not wealth… There have been political scandals having to do with money over the years… There have been various figures from the religious parties – especially Shas in recent years – taking money by dubious means, generally not for personal use but to benefit religious institutions (…)

JIWON:
Hence, I went further. Weirdly, I couldn’t find this article while searching for more with the keywords, ‘Shas and Institutions.’ Instead, I found more valuable stuffs. Then, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Nor could I blame Shas’ leader any more. Who is the leader, BTW, Josef or Yishai? I thought Eli Yishai is the leader and Rabbi Ovadia Yosef is his mentor as well as a spiritual leader of Shas community. Whatever…

🙂 I COLLECTED INTERESTING ARTICLEs:
🙂 Articles on ‘Shas and Institutions’ from 1996 to 2006

I feel no need to post my short messages on June 21. Sigh… (please check my Knesset-mail, Dear One-Voiced Israel, (Regarding Gaza Truce, From May 28 to Jun 19, 2008).) I had to type every each word in the Google-Books. (I am still worrying about the copyright, though.) Hadn’t this article, (see below), touched me so much like this, I would never have dared to read all of them, most of which still give me a huge headache;

Article No. 2: Shas Party’s growing power linked to schools for poor (June 4, 1999)

JIWON:
To my surprise, Bibi’s big mouth was not the first one in Israeli election history;

Article No. 6: Fundamentalisms and the State: Remaking Polities, Economies, and Militance (1996) Ch. 5. Jewish Fundamentalism and the Israeli Polity by Charles S. Liebman:
Page 81-87. In negotiations which preceded the formation of the 1988 government Shamir lied to virtually everyone, in some cases so blatantly and flagrantly that many party leaders, those of Audat Israel in particular, felt that since nothing Shamir said was believable, it was preferable to negotiate a deal with the Labor party… In the case of the Sephardie haredi party, Shas, developments in 1990 paralleled those following the 1988 elections. The religious leader of Shas favored the formation of a Labor-led government… But pressure from Shas constituents, who are both hawkish and xenophobic, led to the party’s refusal to support a Peres government. Shas itself was left badly scarred, and its own religious leader’s authority was severely undermined… The behavior of the NRP between March and June cast doubts on its radicalism… The NRP understood that a “narrow” right-wing government in which radical secular nationalist such as Ariel Sharon held key positions would isolate Israel in the international arena. Under such conditions Israel would be in no position to effect any kind of nationalist program of any duration. Such thinking indicates that the NRP has effectively eschewed messianic expectations. It was no longer considered sufficient for Israel to do what was religiously proper and to anticipate God’s help in the ensuing conflict. In the last analysis, however, although all the religious parties preferred a “unity” government, they were prepared to join Shamir regardless of whether he succeeded in forming a “narrow” government without Labor or was forced to renew the broad coalition with Labor. The price Agudat Israel extracted from Shamir was a bit more than what they had extracted from Peres… Finally, the Likud sent an abject letter of apology to Agudat Israel for its broken promises. In conclusion, events during the spring of 1990 placed the religious parties in a position of potential power which is unlikely ever again to be equaled. The religious parties responded like traditional conservative religious parties rather than radical fundamentalists. They were given the power to choose which of two major foreign policy alternatives would be followed. They sought to avoid making a choice. They had the power to determine which party was to rule the country, and they preferred to avoid even this decision. They translated their enormous power into more money for their educational, cultural, and welfare institutions, more positions in government for the party faithful, and incremental changes in legislation affecting the narrowest of religious interests – pornography, abortions, sale of pork products, and enforcing of laws against public transportation on the Sabbath. In the long run, the most important outcome of these developments may be the strengthening of popular demand for electoral reform as a secular backlash to the perception of religious party power. For example, the proposal for the direct election of the prime minister has become extremely popular. Its enactment would severely reduce the bargaining positions of the religious parties and, in turn, of the fundamentalists.

JIWON:
Hum… I could never understand why Chicago University Students wasted their whole life on never-practical issues. (Please look how poor… sigh.) I am still curious. How many Israelites, among the politicians and voters, actually read this book and learned something? I bet, literally NO ONE read it or ALL the readers are zero brain.

🙂 DEAR RELIGIOUS PARTIES, 🙂

I was right, wasn’t I? (Please read the first part on my message on June 12. “When I decided to start my mailing to Knesset, there was one belief in my mind… My only problem was with the right-winged secular, aggressive opinions. What is their reason?”)

I just realized that the VERDICT was not the first time for the Shas community. Years ago, it was a political warning from Bibi’s rivals to harm Bibi, and now, it is also a political warning from Bibi to harm Bibi’s rivals. Poor Shas…

Whenever I think of all those dirtiest tricks, which YEHESKELL BEINISCH has used in order to fool me… Surely, I can add more fuel to this decade-long hostility between Beinisch’s Supreme Court and the Shas Party, but I don’t want to do this dirty job. I agree with Peres, and believe that this is a time for the Shas community and other religious groups to need a new type of leadership, such as John Major after Margaret Thatcher. I also know that it is very difficult for the religious leaders to prove it as long as Bibi’s frequent threats and the leaders’ aggressive rivals agitate the naïve public. After reading couple of articles, I couldn’t blame Shas’ leader Yishai. Then what about other leaders of other religious parties? All the parties are afraid of losing their voters. All the religious MKs are suffering from the same problem.

For me, it was a wrong start for the Supreme Court, and according to the writers, there were various reasons behind their harsh treatment. Whatever… There is a tradition in each country and Israeli case is never like old-fashioned way of life in other countries. No matter what… even as the third person, I can’t imagine Israel being recognized without Kippah, Hebrew language, and Bible. At the same time, modern law is important, and I was born in this kind of society. Still, no one believes that this system is perfect but it still exists to make a better society.

Had the Supreme Court launched a nationwide debate on this subject before trying to dominate its religious counterpart… Surely, some parts of religious tradition should be accepted, compromised, and legalized. Who do you think should decide these sensitive issues?

1. I’m not in a position to ‘order’ all the haredim youngsters to join the army. But I know very well, how secular youngsters feel against haredim on this issue. In this country, Korean youngsters want to butcher(!) their ‘classmate,’ who is exempt from military service for unknown reason. This issue has always been a hot potato. What if some of them ‘voluntarily’ prove their Jewish patriotism by joining IDF? I promise. Those pure Jewish youngsters will suddenly be loud in their praise.
2. The article says, ‘Meretz’s MK says that Shas’ schools enjoy state funding but do not permit Ministry of Education inspectors to supervise educational content. Shas claims its schools are provided proportionately less funding than secular and modern Orthodox state schools.’

🙂 COULD YOU PLEASE READ ARTICLEs and TALKBACKs ABOUT THIS?
🙂 Talkbacks: Secularism vs. Orthodox Judaism (Regarding Government Fund for Shas from Apr 22, 1998 to Jun 2, 2008).

Could you please think of this simple fact? Situation today is different from yesterday. Poverty is everywhere. Please think of the case of Rabbi Benizri, who supported Bibi and abandoned by Bibi. Please think of the public opinion, which is rapidly growing against Orthodox Judaism.

Basically, I wanted to collect all the articles in chronological order, but couldn’t. My collection ends with this one. (See below.) What will the coming election look like? In 1999, there were more than one million haredim, and they led an excellent election campaign using modern technology, ‘video.’ Nowadays, there are much cheaper, more effective methods. Then, what about Arab voters?

Article No. 9: Israel’s May 1999 Elections and the Prospects for Peace in the Middle East (Jun 8, 1999)
(…) According to Professor Asher Arian of Haifa University, in a comment before the elections, ‘The 1999 election is a fight for the voters in the middle, who don’t want war but don’t want too much peace, who don’t want religion but don’t want too much secularism’ (…)

(Return to JULY 10, 2008)
JIWON:
I MUST SAY. YOU JEWS DESERVED THE GAS CHAMBER.
Part of my writing, which was about Sex-Scandal and Lebanon War, was already done when I started my research on Dorit Beinisch. Now, I’d better ignore it after finding all my opinions already existing in professional journalists’ reports; exactly same but in superb English. How can I show my poor skills? It’s safer for me to show you their articles and to nod at their work.

♥ PART 1, Banana-Republic & Kangaroo-Court ♥

JIWON:
As I wrote in my mail to Berlin mayor and Banana-Republic (May 15, 2008), the starting point of this research was my assumption that greatness of AHRON BARAK should never be questioned. How can I question about the head of Jewish intelligence? This belief prompted me to report all the sickish behaviors of Daniel Barenboim and to beg the Israeli government to deprive Barenboim of his Jewish passport. It was on Dear Israeli Government & Simon Wiesenthal Center (Feb 17, 2008). Hence, I was supposed to start this section with a warning to Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann. (Please check the end of my writing in the previous section, FOURTH OF ALL.)

After collecting all the possible articles, I feel very sorry for AHRON BARAK. I wrote too much useless stuff. Israelites have already known what meant BANANA-REPUBLIC and KANGAROO-COURT. They will prefer this writing; “You Jews deserved the Gas Chamber…”

My research also explains why Dorit Beinisch, whose political opinion originally belonged to the Left Branja, collaborated with the extreme right-wing politician, Bibi, who always had an ability to fool orthodox-religious group whenever he wanted. (Article No. 13)

♥ PART 2, Katsav’s Affair ♥

JIWON:
I was not interested in Katsav’s case. It had nothing to do with my work, and for me, Ramon’s case differed from Katsav’s, which story I just assumed was about “When an old-fashioned Arab guy lived in French colony…” Katsav is a Sephardi, isn’t he? Besides, I remember reading several articles, which report was about happenings in some parts of Israel, where people still maintain old-fashioned, weirdest tradition. Israel is also where gays annually march in parade. I used to think that Israel is a country of diversity.

Then, what kind of f*cking information have I discovered from couple of Katsav articles? Katsav has not been among my favorite keywords during the research. How many articles will be waiting for me if I start another research with these keywords, ‘Katsav and Beinisch,’ or ‘Katsav and Mazuz,’ or ‘Katsav and Netanyahu,’ and so on? What if another keyword, Hanegbi, joins the club? What about another one, Hirschson, or each MK’s name, or even Bibi’s Glick, deputy managing editor of The Jerusalem Post, who married Jerusalem attorney Katzir?

Dorit Beinisch blamed me for tendentious attempts, which are based on misinformation and deception. How many articles should I read more? Sigh…

It took one minute to find it. I just can’t help falling in love with the Jewish wit:

♥ PART 3, The Movement for Quality Government ♥

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006_Israel-Lebanon_conflict (Aug 25, 2006) a group started a movement calling for the resignation of Ehud Olmert… They set up a protest tent… including the influential Movement for Quality Government.

🙂 Talkbacks: Beinisch, Friedmann, Sex-Scandal, Corruption (Kangaroo Court from Sep 12, 2003)
Article No. 24: Critical mass (Feb 10, 2007)
“The systems here are out of kilter. The Supreme Court has expanded its authority, has overflowed both into the realm of the Knesset and into the realm of the government and has become accustomed the new, flawed situation in such a way that every suitable attempt to repair it looks to it like a blow. (…) Israel is on its way to a police state. Members of the government and members of the Knesset are subordinated in effect to the attorney general, who acts under the protection of the courts. This is the anti-democratic revolution that is taking place under the banner of the law.”

JIWON:
Who said it? Don’t you think JM Friedmann forgot to mention The Movement for Quality Government? Please check their involvement in the case of YECHEZKEL BEINISCH. AG Mazuz and the Movement for Quality Government appear in Article No. 76.

♥ PART 4, The Final Winner ♥

JIWON:
I hope Mr. Dumb to answer his own writing:
“While one can understand why the settlers are rubbing their hands with glee, it is not clear why female MKs and their male clones are urging Labor to pull the plug on Olmert.” It would be better if Mr. Dumber keeps writing its aftermath. “Let them not be so sure about how their demands will turn out and who will come to power in the end.”

Who will be the final winner in this story? When was Friedmann’s appointment unanimously approved by the cabinet? How long did it take for the united Unity-Government to be split up again? Nine months were already too long. Am I wrong?

For fear of being accused of Public Slander, I can’t write the winner’s name. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named knew that the Knesset was a mere rabble of kindergarten kids. Any Tom, Harry, or Ehud, would soon forget what a cruel treatment they used to receive from Him-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, and the civil war would lead to self-destruction. Knesset would have to remain as humble servants forever.

♥ PART 5, Corruption in Israel ♥

JIWON: Who is talking about corruption in Israel? Who should talk about corruption in Israel? Who should be blamed in this case? Is it Public Slander?

Article No. 49: Mazuz: Leaders under suspicion should resign (Nov. 23, 2007)
(…) AG Mazuz cited Haim Ramon, Tzahi Hanegbi and Avraham Hirschson as examples of ministers… (…) decision is expected in the investigation of PM Olmert… (…) Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch, who also attended the conference, opined that corruption was not exclusively a matter of criminality. “I don’t know if the level of corruption in government institutions has risen,” she said. “However, it is bad enough that governmental institutions are seen as corrupt [by the public]. One must bear in mind that not all inappropriate behavior constitutes a criminal offense.”

Article No. 74: Sa’ar-bill: Beinisch gives quiet support to upping judicial appt. majority (Jun 19, 2008).
(…) Aumann, a Nobel Prize laureate in economics, raised a different issue, arguing that lawyers and judges should not sit on the JAC at all. (…) “It’s a scandal that lawyers are represented on the committee, when they must appear before the judges [they appoint],” he said. “This is institutional corruption.” Regarding the issue over which he had been invited to the Constitution Committee – explaining how the bill would affect the current balance of power among the JAC’s four factions – Aumann said the Supreme Court justices would retain their current dominance in the appointments process, since the bill gave any bloc of three members a veto. He therefore opposed the bill, saying it would prevent a more fundamental reform of the system.

♥ PART 6, Human/Women’s Rights / Bimbo-Battle ♥

JIWON:
Who is saying what? Human rights? Women’s rights? [EF]-[JU:]-[SI:]-[KEI]-[WAI]-[OU]-[JU:]

Article No. 18: Mazuz on Ramon: Sexual harassment was overlooked (Dec 4, 2006)
(…) Defending his decision to indict former justice minister, AG Mazuz says Israeli society used to be ‘chauvinistic,’ encouraged women to ‘stay home’ and remain silent. (…)

Article No. 45: Beinish: Human rights weakened because of Friedmann (Nov. 4, 2007)

Article No. 50: Aharon Barak: Israel tops US at protecting human rights (Nov 25, 2007)

Article No. 51: Lower rate of rape victims reporting to police (Nov 28, 2007)
(…) the association’s director told the assortment of MKs, representatives of women’s organizations and other government officials, including Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch, that the decrease in reporting was slight but extremely significant. “It is something that should raise alarm bells,” Kramer said. (…) A range of mostly female MKs commented on the subject, including Meretz-MK, who asked how women could be expected to report sex crimes against them when in high profile cases such as Katsav and Ramon the women are ridiculed and state pardons are handed out. (…)

Article No. 51: Hetzroni Zula: a refuge for street youth (from Secular, Arabs, Haredi, & Religious Zionists) (Apr 12, 2008).
(…) THE NUMBERS are astonishing. By the end of 2007, there were 7,884 street youth aged 14-26, known and registered in various ways with the Youth Advancement Division. As for the “newcomers,” the numbers are even more dramatic. (…) Dan notes that there are more boys than girls living on the streets, but adds that “the girls are in much more serious trouble, due mostly to their naivete and their education from home. Thus they get into trouble more easily, and their problems are very serious.” (…)

Article No. 51: Number of homeless female teenagers soar (Apr 15, 2008).
(…) The number of teenage girls living on Israel’s streets has dramatically increased in the last three years and preventing the young women from being sucked into the sex industry is an extremely difficult task (…) More than 25% of all homeless youth in 2007 were girls, found the report, compared to 15% in 2004. (…) “Elem cannot deal with this problem by itself. We are the voice of troubled Israeli youth and will raise awareness to the plight of youth at risk, but this is an issue for all of Israeli society. (…) We are talking about girls aged 17-25 who, because they have nowhere to sleep will go home with a man just so they have a roof over their heads,” explained the director, highlighting that 99% of young homeless females are eventually drawn into the sex industry. “There is a real problem in locating homeless teenage girls,” stated the report. “Many of them are picked up by men who take advantage of them, making them sell their bodies in order to survive. That means that in many cases the girls cannot be found out on the streets at night but often find shelter in the outlets of the sex industry.” (…)

State petitions High Court for harsher sentence for Shas MK (Jun 11, 2008).

Articles on ‘Shas and Institutions’ from 1996 to 2006
(…) There have been political scandals having to do with money over the years… There have been various figures from the religious parties – especially Shas in recent years – taking money by dubious means, generally not for personal use but to benefit religious institutions. (…) Outside Israel, it is less known that Shas has built an extensive network of educational and social welfare institutions, filling a vacuum in services that the government never addressed. (…) Many of these institutions are located in peripheral areas and working-class towns, and many of the children are poor. (…)

🙂 DEAR FEMALE READERS, 🙂

JIWON:
Should I thank Ehud Barak for provoking my anger? Without his betrayal, I would have never dared to start this research. May I introduce myself again? Please check Hello, Is Dorit Beinisch talking about ME? Public Slander? (Regarding Ruth Gavison, From Jun 23 to Jul 21, 2008). No matter what, I couldn’t die without finishing this dirty business. If you check My-Previous-Messages in my Music-blog, the first message dated back to 2005 or 2006, up to the situation.

By the time DORIT BEINISCH succeeded in torpedoing the appointment of Prof. NILI COHEN, YECHEZKEL BEINISCH also succeeded in having me give up my ten-year long computer work. By the time DORIT BEINISCH was able to beat Prof. RUTH GAVISON, I resumed this computer work. But it was to send my farewell message to my READERS. I couldn’t die without finishing this dirty business, but it was an impossible hope. So, I started writing the real names of all the characters in this dirty story and promised to meet them again in my next life. Or I could let my ghost chase them even after their death.

You know the rest of this story. And this time, the subject is neither ME nor Barenboim’s Angels, but DORIT BEINISCH, the president of Supreme Court of Israel. I just can’t believe my eyes whenever I search for more information on Beinisch’s rivals. I hope both esteemed female jurists to take advantage of this writing and to win what they deserve. Unlike Prof. NILI COHEN and Prof. RUTH GAVISON, however, I am not that intelligent, and money is still enough for me. I thank my READERS for helping me to write My Requests to Barenboim in this open place.

Ever since American professor/b*tch instructed me to contact a psychiatrist, who left his sickish voice on my answering machine, I’ve been checking my face in the mirror every morning to check if I really became insane. I am curious. What if all the females involved in this story check their faces in the mirror every morning? What will their eyes look like? How will their smiles sound like?

Why do you think, in the novel, “Harry Potter,” the characters of Harry’s/Ron’s/Draco’s mother Lily/Molly/Narcissa, Professor McGonagall/Umbridge, Journalist Rita Skeeter, and Voldemort’s Bellatrix had to be dressed in female’s costume while Harry’s father James, Kreacher’s boss Regulus, Minister Fudge, Severus Snape, and Tom Riddle had to appear as male characters? A female novelist created all those human characters, but her book sill lacks Beinisch’s favorite dirty method, which has nothing to do with LAW but is in fact one of typical tricks of male chauvinist’s favorite bimbo, perhaps because it is written for teenagers. If she writes another novel for grown-up-then-aging Harry Potter, I will be the first one to read her breathtaking description of all kinds of female characters. It would be better if she writes all the characters in real names, starting from Elena Bashkirova.

7. Labor’s Barak: Friedmann, I don’t think we need to hear all the details (Jul 8, 2008).: JM Friedmann has been in office for 18 months now, and has been defeated time and time again. The reforms, the initiatives, the revolutions – they all remained in newspaper ink, wallowing in a sea of insults, barbs and mutual slandering between the minister and Supreme Court justices, between the minister and the state attorney’s people. (Police wary of reopening Barak case (Jul 1, 2008).)

JIWON:
Who will be the next?

Why in the world is the situation exactly same as the one in my story? I used to call it a Bimbo-Battle. Why do you think this mere female pianist, Elena Bashkirova, was able to DESTROY almost all the MAJOR orchestras elsewhere? Starting from Ensemble-Wien-Berlin, ALL the male-chauvinists, including so-called maestros, joined this battle, then NO ONE improved while playing with this historically unique female pianist. Not only they hilariously proved bottomless failing, they even destroyed the last German sound, which was the only tradition having existed in European music society. Altogether, they destroyed ALL the young talents gathering around them. Curiously, their participation was in exact order. The more inferior, the busier and louder. Why do you think so?

It has been more than ten years. Barenboim’s Angels have never appeared at the forefront, always hiding behind certain male chauvinists or forming the grouping. It was only toward the end of this story when those b*tches directly mention their relationship with Barenboim. This interview was in fact to protect Elena Bashkirova’s Hungarian visit, which was to prepare Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival 2008, Beinisch’s branja-party to clear his criminal record:
Barenboim hat mal etwas Schönes zu mir gesagt Mar 25, 2008 / By Waltraud Meier:
“Mit dir ist das wie mit Hand und Handschuh.”

This has been a case of Elena Bashkirova. What will Dorit Beinisch’s case look like? Public Slander? I have a perfect right to mention this name in this music-writing as long as Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival and Bashkirova’s West-Eastern-Divan-Orchestra shines in Barenboim’s professional history. I even have a Humanly Possible Right to call President of Supreme Israel a B*tch, haven’t I?

♥ PART 7, Leftist Branja & Bibi ♥ (on JULY 10, 2008 14:30)

1. Peace talks are Olmert’s ticket to political survival (Daily Star, Lebanon on July 4, 2008).
2. Handing Victories to Hamas (FrontPage Magazine on July 8, 2008).

JIWON:
In the world of Law and Politics, what is the reason of all those male chauvinists’ supporting Dorit Beinisch? Above are what happened after Winograd panelist regreted not calling on Olmert to resign on July 4. This guy’s Winograd-comment is not something new. Please check Talkbacks: Beinisch, Friedmann, Sex-Scandal, Corruption (Kangaroo Court from Sep 12, 2003).

THIS IS A REAL FACE OF LEFTIST BRANJA…

🙂 A Purge at Haaretz (Is Haaretz going to become another Bibi-ton? How long will it take? From Aug, 2006 to Present) (Please click this to click the exact title again.)

(AGAIN on JULY 10, 2008 14:30)
They want to be called the Leftists, and always speak in angelic voices for their Palestinian neighbors. But when did they contribute to the actual Peace Process between Israel and Palestine? History proves that this fantasy only makes a good show. It’s the best way to survive in an International Society. Is there anyone in the universe who believes that the Leftists’ Road Map will be realized? Yet, international society never gives up praising their icon, Barenboim, and his hallucination. No matter how Barenboim destroyed Palestinian dream of Palestinian State with his foolish behaviors, they called him naïve. Always, it was the end of story.

They know how to achieve top-classed secular lifestyle with a firm belief that ultra-Zionists will protect their Jewish State in the most effective way. Who cares Palestinian suicide bombings? Has anyone ever seen this happening in their wealthy, well-protected town? Higher poor rate means more convenient life supported by miserably-paid housemaids, whether the Jewish poor or Israeli Arabs. How can they allow themselves to lose privileges of being Branja?

Please compare their lifestyle with Barenboim’s international fame, not as a X-rated musician but as UN Peace Envoy.
1. Knowledge is the beginning: Upcoming Festival Screenings
2. http://berlin.grand.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/news-listings.jsp = Barenboim’s Divan-Hyatt Party

Who is the main beneficiary? The poor Israelites or Palestinians are certainly not the one. Neither are musicians, who shall not be going to receive professional invitation from their wishful job. Musicproduction and Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival will be the one. (I promise, this musically-inferior project also contributed to Barenboim’s thorny relationship with the orchestra members. Curiously, I happened to agree with the rabbis… Please see PART 8.)

So… are they now afraid of the fact that the central politicians would give up part of Jewish land? I don’t want to make it too long. Time will tell. Their future behaviors will tell.

(AGAIN on JULY 10, 2008 14:30)
Just out of curiosity:
1. Among those ultra-Zionist congratulators in this wedding ceremony, who followed Bibi to join Beinisch’s Secret Society? (Bibi’s advisor, a deputy managing editor of Jerusalem Post, marries Jerusalem attorney (Jun 21, 2007))
2. Whose support has Kadima’s next leader confirmed during her ‘English’ speech in Mehta’s Branja-Party? That money is the whole story was the report. Just in case…

I kept wondering. How in the world Bibi’s advisor, Ms. Brainbox, who fills all the blank spaces with complicated vocabularies only, never knows how to understand this simple English? I can’t understand her articles, but I know how to comprehend the meaning of this simple English. It’s not an amateur writing, is it? Please compare the TWO.

Under such conditions Israel would be in no position to effect any kind of nationalist program of any duration. (…)

♥ PART 8, Equality Between Israeli Jews & Arabs ♥ (This is not a real part. But I want to make it separate.)

JIWON:
Curiously, I happened to agree with the rabbis for the exactly same reason when they opposed a certain educational project, which is designed to mix Arab and Jewish ‘adolescent’ students in the same classroom. More curiously, I found this same reason from the Real Mideast Music Society when they agreed to join Barenboim’s Divan project. After all, they seemed not to accept Barenboim’s hallucination and felt no more need to participate in the project of hazy ideas or inferior-mixture-or-grouping, and Barenboim was the only one, who didn’t understand the same reason here and there. Is he naïve or foolish?

Please look at me. Wagner or Judaism had nothing to do with my happy life when I was young and I am still the one, who doesn’t need those arduous lifestyles until and even after I die. Jewish Wagnerian Barenboim just happened to be involved in my headache life, and this disastrous circumstance forced me to read daily articles from the Jewish State. What’s more, the only wishful guy I wanted in my life has been a pure American since the moment I learned what meant global marriage. Just… circumstance made all these ridiculous happenings possible, including these two blogs, The Art of Criticism and Barenboim Loves Knesset… sic.

Weirdly, by the time I finish this writing, there appeared Talkbackers to answer this article, Rattling the Cage: Nice Jewish boy, nice Asian girl (July 9)

Israel is not America, and Israeli Arabs can not become the Jews in Israel. Racial persecution clearly differs from allowing-or-enjoying privilege of independent way of life. Enlightening leaders in Israeli Arab communities is more important than mixing Arab and Jewish youngsters in the same classroom. For me, this is a real shortcut toward the equal-treatment. Can please Arab voters prove their active voices in this coming election? (See NGO: Inequality up between Israeli Jews and Arabs (July 9).) Who are they going to vote for this time? I am so sick of either Labor’s Barak or Kadima the Mob.

Below was part of my original writing before starting my research, Talkbacks: Beinisch, Friedmann, Sex-Scandal, Corruption (Kangaroo Court from Sep 12, 2003):

“Peres was right. Peres: ‘Barak disappointed Hamas twice today’ (June 12). When I naively supported DM Barak, I never thought of this kind of dirty aftermath. (Please check my mail to Knesset, Dear One-Voiced Israel, (Regarding Gaza Truce, May 28 – Jun 19, 2008).) I just wanted everybody to stop a witch hunt and demonstrate reasonable patriotism while sharing a negotiating table with the healthy Palestinians until the next official(!) election.”

I’m curious. Has he finished his deal with the Supreme Court? DM Barak suddenly supported PM Olmert when I found the story of Banana Republic, and now his only weapon is this issue. My suspicion started when Bibi disappeared from the scene and Haaretz started encouraging Labor’s Barak or even Kadima’s Livni to purge the current prime minister. Or does he believe that he can easily cook Kadima’s other leaders?

My problem is that Tzipi Livni looks cool. (Frankly, I seem to know the reason of Kadima’s Mofaz. Arik’s DM used to earn a special nickname from the journalists, doesn’t he?) Then, I can’t understand Livni’s recent behaviors. This is a typical case of opportunist, who will prove nothing if being offered a real power. Inside Kadima, only those who sharply criticized and advised Olmert during those difficult days can behave like today’s Livni. Or Kadima should stand together against this crisis. Look at Likud, which never faces breakup regardless of my hard working. They stand stronger behind scenes, in the name of Talkbackers. *.* I need to collect more materials about Tzipi Livni…

(Updated on OCTOBER 4, 2008)
Then what about Meretz MKs, who are called Diehard-Doves by International Community? Are they really Diehard-Doves? Or Bibi’s supporters behind the scene?

1. Article No. 14: (…) During Arbel’s state attorney tenure, a case against Beinisch’s husband, Yehezkel, for defrauding the income tax authorities was also closed. Beinisch blamed Yehezkel’s legal travails on “political antagonists” who’d stop at nothing to get at her. (…)

5. Article No. 77: (…) Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch said the battle being waged against the court, in particular the attacks by Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann, were the cause of such results. That situation, she declared, is a threat to democracy. (…)

6. Beinisch Politics has nothing to do with LAW: (…) Many newspaper articles followed the Cohen affair, but none of the justices was ever openly interviewed about it. SIXTH OF ALL, (on JULY 11, 2008 20:20)

1. Haaretz: Olmert not running for party leadership (Jul 11, 2008).: The associates said the prime minister understands that his chance of swaying public opinion back in his favor was minimal and that he was unable to stop the move to oust him in his own party.
2. Haaretz’s Wish: Unity Government Please Without Olmert (Jul 11, 2008). By Mr. Dumbest: In its special report on Israel at 60, The Economist writes that Israel’s political system is crippling it most. Not war in Lebanon and not the Palestinians, but a non-functioning government. It’s not that The Economist has discovered anything new. Henry Kissinger was already saying that “Israel has no foreign policy, only a domestic political system” three decades ago.

JIWON:
You see… Finally, the Haaretz is talking about Public Slander. What really means public opinion in Israel? In this dirtiest story, what really caused a non-functioning government? No wonder this article was written by Mr. Dumbest. (I was suddenly curious how dumb Mr. Dumbest looks. I only found Ehud Olmert’s photos… brrr.)

I promise. The sites below wouldn’t answer Mr. Dumbest’s intellectual appetite:
1. http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&um=1&tab=wn&scoring=n&q=beinisch (Beinisch)
2. http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&um=1&tab=wn&scoring=n&q=beinisch+olmert (Beinisch + Olmert)
3. http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&um=1&tab=wn&scoring=n&q=beinisch+friedmann (Beinisch + Friedmann)

Talkbackers also contribute to public opinion. But, who are Talkbackers?

Do the Real Poverty Members have money to access English newspapers on/off-line? Do the Real Haredim or Religious Ultra-Zionist Members, especially female population, have ability to read English newspapers on/off-line? Even their intelligent leaders can’t read or write in English. Are (Russian) immigrants interested in English newspaper on/off-line? Those are the real ones, who want to topple the present government whenever it starts peace negotiations.

Does poll say that Bibi earns more than 80%? This is what Talkbackers indicate. What is the real identity of most Talkbackers? I’ve hardly seen more diligent human beings than those. They insult all kinds of corruption in Kadima/Labor/Shas and even Meretz. Yet they literally zip their mouth about Yehezkel Beinisch or Bibi or even NU/NRP’s officially reported corruption. (See Knesset-Jokes). Besides, Jerusalem Post doesn’t allow Talkbacks in Beinisch articles, and there are always ardent supporters in article to report Bibi’s luxurious London trip.

It’s very tired to collect real Talkbacks. But then, they sound too terrific to be buried. The more terrific they sound, the more I am getting sick of the rest, all trashes. Surprisingly, some of real extreme right-wing opinions sound terrific, too. But whenever I think of those trashes, I’d rather prefer to ignore them.

No matter what, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, the final winner in this story, succeeded in his project to slander Israeli Prime Minister in public. Good Job!

Below was part of my original writing before starting my research, Talkbacks: Beinisch, Friedmann, Sex-Scandal, Corruption (Kangaroo Court from Sep 12, 2003):

Sarkozy presses Israel for settlement freeze (Jun 24, 2008).
(…) Sarkozy has said Israeli-Palestinian peace is immediately attainable. (…) But nobody has seemed to notice. Instead, most of Israel’s attention has been showered on Sarkozy’s glamorous wife. (…) “Queen Carla,” said Yediot Ahronot, Israel’s largest daily. Inside was a two-page spread with a collage of her photos and a breakdown of her wardrobe – including the $2,500 Prada dress she wore upon arrival, a $1,200 hand purse and a $650 pair of sandals. The tabloid “Israel Hayom” crowned her the most beautiful first lady since Jacqueline Kennedy… Israeli TV commentator said the obsession was a typical case of Israeli escapism. (…)

JIWON:
Please compare this article with Talkbacks in Sarkozy to PA: Jerusalem should be divided. Then, also compare those with Talkbacks in Netanyahu to Sarkozy: Jerusalem won’t be divided. This is Israel I know. French first lady in high fashion will be welcomed again while they expect their own leader in a beggar-like dress code during international tour. (Hadn’t they forgotten how cruelly PM Olmert was treated?) Outsiders only know Palestinian side of poor story. I believe that Israelites also need a mental therapy instead of wasting their time on a witch hunt.

All those writings were originally PART 10 of FIFTH OF ALL, and I was supposed to cancel it until I check today’s article.

Netanyahu: Gov’t dealing with personal survival, not Israel’s problems (Jul 7, 2008).

JIWON:
Hum… What amazes me is that Bibi always says what I always want to tell him. If he always keeps this simple sentence in his mind and check his face in the mirror every morning and every night, he will grow into a true leader of Israel. Promise.

Knesset passes stiffer anti-terror bills (Jul 9, 2008).

JIWON:
Is there any difference if they don’t make it a law? I just want to tell the Likud members this simple fact. To meet Wizard of OZ in the Emerald City, Dorothy and her friends should wear green-tinted eyeglasses. Why do you think so? Of course, I’ve been suspecting Likud members’ IQ. But I am now seriously wondering if they are Cowardly Lions. No one would question that this law aims at Israeli Arabs. It will surely threaten Likud members and their neighbors. But Israeli Arabs? Sorry for saying this. They are not that coward. When the time comes, there is nothing that scares their lost temper.

When I mentioned the Likud’s getting-rotten policy some days ago, I didn’t mention the murderer and his family. I was worrying about what might happen to his neighbors and their already-broken hearts. Broken hearts can never become Cowardly Lions.

1. PM Olmert bows to pressure and announces resignation (Jul 31, 2008).
2. DM Barak (Labor) gives Netanyahu security briefing (Jul 24, 2008).: (…) By law, only the prime minister is required to give a military update to the opposition. (…) Netanyahu will win the next election, and he has said publicly time and again that he will form a national unity government. It is likely that Barak would remain defense minister in such a government. Netanyahu also met XYZ. Both denied that there were any political reasons for meeting with Netanyahu.
3. DM Barak (Labor) okays new 20 West Bank homes, despite vow to freeze settlements (Jul 24, 2008).
4. Bibi: Kadima is selling Jerusalem to our enemies (Aug 3, 2008).: The spiritual mentor of the Shas Party, Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, issued surprising praise of Likud leader Netanyahu (…) “my dear friend who has done a lot for the Torah for the sake of heaven, who will still do more.”
5. Mofaz (Kadima): I will keep Jerusalem united as Israel’s eternal capital (Aug 6, 2008).

JIWON:
Perhaps… it’s better. I now can finish this part as planned. I still don’t think that it’s fair for Kadima’s Ehud Olmert to be remembered as the most corrupt politician in Israeli history. And then, the more I know about Israel as Banana Republic, the more I am speechless. After(?) PM Olmert’s announcement to resign, this is what appears in Google. JIWON:
These five different articles explain ONE happening. Which title moves you most? Then, what about PM Olmert’s case? How much was it? For how many years? What did all the articles look like? Thanks to infinite power of Jewish media, innocent/brainy public only remember How-Much.

Well, it’s still OK, because they insist that there is no lie to report How-Much. PM Olmert received THIS amount of money for FIFTEEN years. Then what about Bibi’s London trip? How much he spent for how long? It was during the Second Lebanon War. What if one calculates Bibi’s fifteen years? (Of course, I didn’t forget other MKs’ fifteen years, including ex-PM Barak.)

Reducing MKs’ foreign freeloading (Jul 6, 2008).
(…) Olmert (…) Jerusalem ex-mayor Kollek (…) Binyamin Netanyahu is another politician who knows how to travel in style. His trip to London, with his wife Sara, at the height of the Second Lebanon War came in for intense scrutiny after it transpired that his six days in the British capital cost a staggering 15,000 pounds. But galling as it may be for the average Israeli, for whom a holiday in London or New York can mean going into the red at the bank, this amount of money is small change for the wealthy Jews who want to host leading Israeli politicians at their functions. (…)

🙂 This article led me to make TWO COLLECTIONS about BIBI’s HOW-MUCH and HOW-LONG:
🙂 Collection: Bibi’s London Trip: Netanyahu sues Channel 10 for libel (TWO-million-shekel!)
🙂 Collection: Bibi & Co.: Our Hedonistic Leaders

I hate this work. Basically, I never want to criticize any Jewish politicians on this subject, including ex-PM Barak or Netanyahu. I know what a different life western men of wealth used to enjoy. (I saw both male and female cases of K. immigrants who happened to join American high class. Couple of cases ended up as a divorce, because one side couldn’t accept his/her partner’s suddenly-different behaviors, which only reason was to join American luxurious lifestyle. Their lifecycle was unbelievable.) In this story, Diaspora wealthy Jews usually belong to top of top, then it is easy to imagine Knesset MKs’ struggling.

When I realized that the CSO’s music director was willing to save my dying student-life after my Clevenger-fame went into discard, the first thing I did was to pick up du Pre’s recordings. It scared me. It still scares me. When I learned Domingo’s fame standing right next to Barenboim, I felt dizzy. I still don’t want to say Hello to this famed guy. I was enough happy while I was without this name. Since then, how many international celebrities have joined this story? I hate this situation. Whenever I think of all those famed names, including Ms. Rice or President Peres or even ex-PM Barak/Netanyahu, I feel like throwing up. I just want to die after finishing this dirty business. I just want to meet Barenboim in person and punch his face.

If… If I could survive all these situations, the first thing I want to do is to work for ALL the OLD Jewish politicians, who are old enough not to care about their rivals’ political career and therefore just want to spend the rest of their life for the future of Israel. I want to introduce ALL their wealthy friends to Maestro Barenboim, who desperately needs public fund to realize his REAL Mideast vision.

How much have I respected Jewish Journalist, especially this writer from the Haaretz? Now, I feel like being lost. All these articles, from Ramon’s case to Olmert’s and even to Bibi’s, make me sick:

1. Haaretz: ‘You’re a 56-year-old man and I’m a 21-year-old girl’ (Nov 22, 2006) (JIWON: I am not talking about the content. I am talking about the title. Was the Haaretz tabloid?)
2. Haaretz: Olmert’s Memo: If you want me, pay for ‘first class’ hotels, flights (May 31, 2008).
3. J-Post: Netanyahu (or Mrs. Bibi) in frequent flyer fracas (Jul 18, 2008). (Please check Haaretz on this issue.)

Now, this is for EVERYONE who is involved in this dirty story. Please raise your hand if you can remember all the details of what has been happening in your life for the past fifteen years. I am the one, who stuck to the computer and recorded ALL the happenings during almost fifteen years. But still, I frequently suffer lack of memory. I hope ALL the Diaspora Wealthy Jews, who are interested in pouring their money into the Jewish-State, and therefore wasting their lifelong hardworking on Politician’s LIES about Zionism, to find this article.

🙂 Beinisch: Media to blame for public’s loss of faith in courts
Article No. 1: Talansky tries to hide pain, anger in final day under fire (Jul 22, 2008).
(…) But his true feelings could be glimpsed in a quiet aside to an American journalist during a break in the proceedings: “For what they’ve done to me and members of my family, I hope God pays them.” By “they,” it is not clear whether he meant Olmert, the PM’s lawyers, the police, the prosecution, the media or perhaps all of them together. “And after all I gave to this country, and the institutions I helped to build,” he added. X is not one of America’s wealthiest Jews, but he is certainly part of that group that comes to Israel twice or thrice a year and stays either in Jerusalem’s best hotels or in luxury apartments in the capital. All are devoted Zionists who give large amounts of money to Israel themselves and solicit large contributions from others. Often, they have children living here. Yet they themselves remain observers, protected from the country’s troubles by their money and their American citizenship. But for X, that protection has evaporated in recent months. He has suffered exhausting and intrusive attention from law enforcement agencies, the media and, to a large extent, the entire Israeli public. And it reached its peak during his cross-examination. (…)

JIWON:
Then, please compare this happening with what has happened to private life of Dorit and Yechezkel Beinisch, and their daughter for the past fifteen years:
🙂 Talkbacks: Beinisch Politics has nothing to do with LAW

It was on Jun 15 when I finished writing my personal opinion on Ramon’s case,
🙂 Hello, Is Dorit Beinisch talking about ME? Public Slander? (Regarding Ruth Gavison, From Jun 23 to Jul 21, 2008)..

Now, while searching for one lost article, I find this weird article, Police: Ramon’s relative hired PI to trail minister’s accuser (Jul 10, 2007). How many articles should I read more? See… I am not the only one. If I were in her shoes, I would follow this dirty business until everything comes out of clouds. I would do everything to protect my kids. It has nothing to do with my relationship with Ex. I promise. There is someone behind this dirty story. I’ve hardly seen more dirtier story than this one. If someone is not Dorit Beinisch, this whole process will help her to restore her dignity.

♥ PART 2, TIME for BIBI’s PORN-VIDEO ♥

Below is part of my mail to Knesset on Jun 13, Dear One-Voiced Israel, (Regarding Gaza Truce) (From May 28 to Jun 19, 2008).

Netanyahu: If I’m PM, I’ll urge Zionist parties to cooperate against Gaza:
“(JIWON) See… This is exactly how my English skill told me when I found Olmert’s ‘original’ thought about Gaza plan. Then, it was all messed up solely thanks to the daily hard working of Bibi and his Jewish soul-mates with their getting-louder speakers. Poor Bibi… Hum… Israel without Bibi? It will be damn boring. I am now thinking to save Bibi’s poor life if this comical figure falls into the same situation. How many articles will be written to cruelly depict all the details of his private life? All of them will be real fun stuffs. Can’t he just shut up and wait till I finish this writing? ^.*”

JIWON:
Weirdly enough, I couldn’t find Bibi’s big mouth again since this mailing. Mr. Netanyahu, who never gave up his duty as the opposition leader despite of all my hard working, including creating this section, Phoenix-Bibi, suddenly disappeared from the public scene.

🙂 HUM… MY CURIOSITY EXPLODED. ^0^
🙂 Collection: May I watch Bibi’s Porn-Video? Please… (Sex, Lies, Videotape, & BIBIGATE)

JIWON:
HA-HA-HA… HO-HO-HO…
IF YOU LET ME WATCH BIBI’S PORN-VIDEO, I PROMISE… I WILL RISK MY LIFE TO SAVE BIBI’S POOR LIFE WHEN PM-NETANYAHU FALLS INTO THE SAME SITUATION AS PM-OLMERT’S.
HA-HA-HA… HO-HO-HO…

BY THE WAY, one article pissed me off. Unlike two months ago, (see FOURTH OF ALL, on June 23, 2008), you now have to pay money to access this article. Anyway, this is Israel I’ve known for years. Haven’t I mentioned that even Katsav-case sounded weird to me? What’s more, according to this article, not Kadima’s Olmert but Likud’s Bibi is the first one, who did welcome my creating this section, Phoenix-Bibi, and this section, Dear-Arab-Readers. Quite naturally, Bibi resumed his duty as the opposition leader with much bigger mouth. HA-HA-HA… HO-HO-HO…

Politics and Society in Modern Israel: Myths and Realities by Adam M. Garfinkle (1999)
Page 193 (…) There are other reasons why elite interest in politics lacks the stigma in Israel… First… Second… Third… Fourth, Israelis, especially secular Israelis, are nowhere near as puritanical as Americans, and do not project puritanical attitudes toward politicians… Israelis, like Frenchmen, simply cannot understand Americans on this score. Esraelis expect their politicians to be rapscallions and many would be disappointed if they weren’t, for they would ask: How can they deal with other rapscallions and not get fleeced unless they’re rapscallions themselves?… Even more interesting, in 1992 Benyamin Netanyahu tried to embarrass his Likud rival David Levy by claiming that Levy’s men had spied on him while trying to get evidence of his marital infidelity. In fact, though everyone knows Netanyahu has been unfaithful to his wife Sarah, this incident turned out to have been unproved, and was thought to have been instead an effort by Netanyahu to hurt Levy. Understand what this says about Israeli politics: it’s worse to reveal someone’s adultery on account of a political motive than it is to commit adultery. Frenchmen understand this readily; most Americans have a tougher time. (…)

JIWON:
When I decided to support Kadima’s poor leader, Ehud Olmert, I promised one thing. Please check my mail to Knesset on Jun 9, Dear One-Voiced Israel, (Regarding Gaza Truce) (From May 28 to Jun 19, 2008).:
“(JIWON:) It’s not that difficult to finish my opinion. I just want to organize all the stuffs and pick up couple of words from Bibi’s writers and give them back. Just the exact word with no interest added. ^.* Or how can I feel fun in this tired situation? Now, I feel no need to read News from Google-Barenboim until I finish my Requests to Barenboim. I never want to be tired on this subject any more.”

One of Bibi’s favorite words to attack the present government was ‘IMPOTENT’ Olmert. Therefore, I am going to give this word BACK to Mr. BIBI. It was before finding articles about BIBIGATE when I suspected if Mr. BIBI was becoming impotent husband. Which one is worse? Adulterer husband or impotent husband? Could you please read first part of my writing again, THIRD OF ALL on June 20, 2008? I wrote everything from mental weakness to physical training, including Hebrew porn. Please check Bibi’s recent image and behaviors. His face is getting plump. (Not to mention his physical shape, which golden proportion Bibi used to boast during his heydays…) He talks too much. This is a typical symptom of impotent guy, who still wants to draw attention from female partners. I am telling this from my lifelong experience. (sic!)

Well, I am just suspecting. How can I know the truth? *.* So… one of my wishes was to run Sex-Clinic right next to the Orchestra Hall. (I’ve frequently written this while mentioning my Jacobs-theory…) It will be my honor if Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu becomes the most important customer to help my business. ^.*

IT’S FUN TO WRITE THIS. NOW, TIME TO GO BACK TO THE FIRST PART OF THIS WRITING:
Confucius, he said “Do not do unto others, what you would not want others to do to you.”

I wrote. “Guess what? The louder adviser suddenly made bigger complaint. (…) Advising or even insulting the other side is easy. Criticizing competitors is easier unless it comes up with a better solution. (…) I must tell this simple fact. Wherever I went, whatever I did, and whoever I encountered, there was no exception.”

Now, please check Bibi’s big mouth and then his reaction. Is there better example to prove my lifelong experience? This article is
🙂 Collection: May I watch Bibi’s Porn-video? Please… (Sex, Lies, Videotape, & BIBIGATE):
Article No. 3: Despatches: Israeli press mauls Mrs Netanyahu

Of course, how can I miss the golden opportunity to introduce DM Barak’s case? Since it sounded so funny, I moved it into this collection,
🙂 Beinisch: Media to blame for public’s loss of faith in courts:
Article No. 5. Barak: Someone is out to get me (Aug 21, 2008). and Barak: Media, politicians out to get me (Aug 22, 2008).

This is a collection about Bibi’s London Trip during the Second Lebanon War. Please check how Bibi is changing his words. Under the normal circumstance, Channel 10 has a right to file a Two-Million-Plus-Alpha-Shekel lawsuit against Bibi BACK. Am I wrong?
🙂 Collection: Bibi’s London Trip: Netanyahu sues Channel 10 for libel (TWO-million-shekel!)

Just in case, this is what I found instead while searching for one lost article, Olmert’s IMPOTENT government, written by Bibi’s Journalist, who is married to Jerusalem attorney. When is this Ms. Brainy-Hawk, who is even not afraid of criticizing Bush administration, going to write her cruel article about Dorit Beinisch, president of Supreme Court of Israel? She is not a freelance writer. Is a job of Deputy Managing Editor of The Jerusalem Post is to topple Anyone-but-Bibi’s government?

(…) UNLIKE EVENTS in Pakistan, which are the consequence of the nature of Pakistani society and the US’s failure to acknowledge the nature of that society, the latest events in Lebanon are at least in part the consequence of Washington’s impotent response to their ally Russia’s invasion of the US’s ally Georgia. (…)

♥ PART 3, TIME for PM-NETANYAHU / TIME for MONEY, again ♥

THIS PART… I am not sure. I am neither an expert on this specific subject nor have a casual knowledge to discuss this. I just want to finish this dirty business and start my study of stock.

As I wrote on Apr 17, Dear Jewish Pigs/Souls, it was an accident when I found one article, which was about POVERTY in ISRAEL & NETANYAHU LEGACY. And I am still worrying about its copyright:
Poverty: Ethnic, HolocaustSurvivors, Haredim, and Netanyahu (Dec 31, 2007) By Danish School of Education/University of Aarhus (DK)/ University of Wuppertal (D)

How many years have passed since Netanyahu Legacy? I am not an expert. But whoever says whatever… I find that there has NOT been any change in Israel. What’s more, a series of happenings made me wonder WHY?

1. Thanks to Netanyahu Legacy, “the positive numbers of growing wealth were accompanied by an enormous growth of poverty in Israel.”

2. Please return to the starting point. When you read Jewish articles and Talkbacks, everybody was talking about corruption; Haredim, Livni, Barak, Beilin, Peres, and so on. Yet, Jewish kids are the only one mentioning Mr. Netanyahu:
Teenagers think Bibi is also ‘very corrupt’ (Jun 5, 2008).

3. What does this Haaretz article mean? This author is not a normal writer. He is the one, who happily reported details about Olmert and Ramon’s scandal. He writes for Bibi in the Haaretz, the left-wing newspaper.
An inconvenient truth (May 9, 2008).: (…) “Netanyahu is the last person I would tell you is corrupt. I know him well. Corrupt? The man was finance minister.” (…)

4. Then, I constantly find the same information from the various articles. Bibi is boasting HIS economic policies.
4-1. Netanyahu to Sarkozy (French President): JERUSALEM WON’T BE DIVIDED (Jun 24, 2008).: (…) Netanyahu also presented Sarkozy with an economic plan for peace with the Palestinians that he is trying to advance. (…) (It was answered by Sarkozy (French President) to PA: JERUSALEM SHOULD BE DIVIDED (Jun 24, 2008).)
4-2. Livni: When I’m PM, I’ll seek unity gov’t with Labor, Likud (Jul 23, 2008).: (…) Livni told Haaretz. “Bibi, too, understands now that the concept of economic peace is not enough. He also says so. The same goes for investing in education and changing the government within the framework of a unity government.” (…)
4-3. Netanyahu slams Education Minister Tamir (Labor): Gov’t swapped Jabotinsky with Nakba (Aug 21, 2008).: (…) Netanyahu also criticized the government’s economic policies. “After it has finished harvesting the fruit of the economic growth we created, this government is going to lose [this growth] – the tsunami is on its way. This bodes ill for Israel’s economy. You cannot have security without [a strong] economy,” he exclaimed. Deputy Foreign Minister Majallie Whbee (Kadima) responded by saying that Netanyahu “must think the public has the memory of a fish.” (…)

5. But then, whoever says whatever, even Bibi’s journalist, the Editor-in-Chief of the Jerusalem Post doesn’t believe that things are getting better:
Editor’s Notes: The ‘P’ word (Jul 7, 2008).
(…) a charitable institution whose workload is growing worryingly fast. The clientele at Hazon Yeshaya do not look destitute. They are clean and sensibly dressed. They are overwhelmingly but not solely elderly. Only an isolated few are ultra-Orthodox. Most are immigrants from the former Soviet Union. Some are veteran Israelis. And they are poor. Too poor to feed themselves adequately. (…) A large proportion of those who are living in poverty are working, he says. They just don’t earn enough to feed their families properly. (…) Israel is home this year to 1,000 more millionaires than last year, and 10 more with assets in excess of $30 million. And HY is far from being the only charitable institution distributing food, battling Israel’s increasingly acute poverty crisis, and doing so with inadequate resources. (…)

6. Forget about Poverty in Israel, Netanyahu Legacy, or Bibi’s economic policies. Is Sheldon Adelson the only one, who financially supports Mr. Netanyahu? Not only Jerusalem’s self-made millionaire Barkat wants to join Bibi’s Likud, but also Jerusalem/Russian billionaire Arkadi Gaydamak is originally part of Bibi’s family. Then, what about 1,000 more Israeli millionaires?
6-1. Sheldon Adelson: Diaspora Jewish Millionaires/Billionaires Love Bibi
6-2. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arcadi_Gaydamak

7. May I write my honest feeling? This is why the Jewish Leftist-Branja is supporting Bibi behind the scenes. Anyway, I am not an expert on this subject. I just organized articles in
🙂 Collection: Corrupt Bibi? The man was finance minister. (Poverty-in-Israel, Netanyahu-Legacy, and Kids’ opinion that Bibi is also corrupt!)

♥ PART 4, TIME to THINK OF soon-to-be-EX PM-OLMERT’s CORRUPTION again…♥

1. Beinisch: Media to blame for public’s loss of faith in courts: (…) Peres reiterated his frequent contention that Israel was not a corrupt country. If it were, he said, there wouldn’t be a war against corruption. Peres blamed the election system for some of the existing corruption. It was not so bad when there were only two major political parties, he said, but with a lot of small parties it has become problematic, because they all need funding. He suggested tightening the threshold to make it more difficult for the smaller parties to win seats in the Knesset, and introducing regional elections. (…)

2. Talkbacks: Corruption, Election, and Jewish Involvement in Israeli Affairs: TALKBACKS 1: 3. In defense of Olmert – Why you are talking so bad about Talansky? Because he is not too wealthy?

3. In the Jerusalem Post’s Olmert-Articles, more than 90% of Talkbacks sound like Bibi’s Likud members…

4. Talkbacks: Beinisch, Friedmann, Sex-Scandal, Corruption (Kangaroo Court from Sep 12, 2003): Article No. 24: (…) “Israel is on its way to a police state,” JM Friedmann declared. “Members of the government and members of the Knesset are subordinated in effect to the attorney general, who acts under the protection of the courts. This is the anti-democratic revolution that is taking place under the banner of the law.” (…)

5. Talkbacks: Beinisch, Friedmann, Sex-Scandal, Corruption (Kangaroo Court from Sep 12, 2003): Article No. Again we may never know, because the tax charges were dropped. TO BE SURE Yehezkel is still the subject of financial and felony investigations, which the prosecution is incredibly loath to pursue and apparently very eager to forget about. Nonetheless, formally at least, some allegations still hang over Yehezkel’s head, a circumstance which would have made his wife’s promotion to head the highest court in the land unlikely elsewhere – in Washington, for instance. But here, as we noted, a friend brings a friend. And so, Beinisch made sure Arbel joined her on the Supreme Court. No feminist zeal was involved. Beinisch stopped at nothing to thwart the candidacies of two of the country’s most esteemed law professors: Ruth Gavison and Nili Cohen. (…)

6. Talkbacks: Beinisch, Friedmann, Sex-Scandal, Corruption (Kangaroo Court from Sep 12, 2003): Article No. 74: (…) Aumann, a Nobel Prize laureate in economics, raised a different issue, arguing that lawyers and judges should not sit on the JAC at all. “It’s a scandal that lawyers are represented on the committee, when they must appear before the judges [they appoint],” he said. “This is institutional corruption.” (…)

7. Mazuz: Only the political establishment, not the A-G, can remove PM (Jul 13, 2008).: (…) “No aspect of the role of Attorney General to the government includes appointing a prime minister or removing them from their position,” Mazuz said during a press conference. (…)

8. PM Olmert bows to pressure and announces resignation (Jul 31, 2008).

9. Aliza Olmert questioned for first time (Aug 30, 2008).: TALKBACKS: 2. Mazuz Timing the Invetigatin to Kadima Elections – If Olmert really steps down, and Livni or Mofaz take over the PM chair, the game will change and the possibility of indictment will recede into the foggy distance as it has with Katsav. There is simply no criminal justice to be had from the AG when it comes to his favorite sons. / READER – Israel (08/29/2008 15:02)

10. Beinisch: Media to blame for public’s loss of faith in courts: (…) Mentioning no names, Beinisch said that “another thing that has happened in the past two years is that never before has the establishment itself acted with so much force against the positive image of the judicial system, and also received support from the media. This [the media] is a source of great power and it is not easy to deal with it.” (…)

11. Selected Articles P.P.S.: Beinisch’s Secret Society Can’t Accept Olmert/Friedmann: Article No. 3: (…) if Mofaz was chosen to replace outgoing PM Olmert as Kadima chairman would almost certainly include the Labor Party (…) Labor would likely abandon the Education Ministry as a way to dismiss Education Minister Yuli Tamir, an ally of deposed Labor Party chairman Amir Peretz. Instead, Labor would receive the Justice Ministry from Kadima, replacing controversial minister Daniel Friedman with a Labor appointee. (…)

LAST OF ALL, (on SEPTEMBER 1, 2008 00:00)

Sir Paul McCartney is not the only one, who wants to sing “The Long and Winding Road… tada, tada, ta…” in Israel.

It was around May when I wanted to start this section, Dear-Arab-Readers. Too many things happened… all betraying my life-plan, sigh. And then, Schalit Is Still Alive… (Regarding Hizbullah/Schalit-Deal) (From Jun 13 to Present).

Hence, let’s just make it SHORT.

Once again, I hate this work. I want to criticize NONE of Knesset MKs on this subject, including Mr. Netanyahu. However, it was Bibi who started it. I was supposed to make this part, my real message, very long, starting it with this TALKBACK from Zionist Lady of Israel. I was supposed to finish this part with another TALKBACK from perhaps-British woman.

1. Talkbacks: Corruption, Election, and Jewish Involvement in Israeli Affairs: TALKBACKS 16/18.: Olmert more & more resembles former extremely CORRUPT Romanian Commie dictator Nicolai Ceausescu as the plot thickens – Even their wives share similar traits. Shylock Holmes, we need you and your scrupulous advice and expertise NOW. Heaven forfend that Nicolai, sorry, Ehud, Olmert should get away with crimes most foul because we don’t have a Holmes prodding our police force forward to finally convict, try and sentence this snivelling, shameless conman who has brought more shame upon the already discredited profession of Politics than anyone before him in Israel – and that’s saying something! / Zionist Lady – Israel-Judea (05/31/2008 16:22)

2. Aliza Olmert: Olmert as Obstacle (Marriage of Inconvenience): Comments 4/4.: A hopeful and perceptive piece. Here in one family, a family of leaders at that, is a creative synthesis of viewpoints that augurs well for the future. Thank you. Glad to find a place to read your fine writing. / LauraP (Apr 11 06, 10:24pm)

JIWON:
Perhaps, I should show this one, too. According to my original plan, I was supposed to finish EVERYTHING, including My Requests to Barenboim, and contact Ambassador of Israel to Korea as soon as possible. It should have been done before September 1. Now the whole situation is pissing me off. I just hope… soon-to-be-EX PM Olmert to recover his dignity after ALL the possible Jewish Souls find this place. I hope Mr. Olmert to introduce ALL his Diaspora wealthy Jewish friends to Maestro Barenboim, who desperately needs public fund to realize his REAL Mideast Vision.

Column One: Padded pocket politicians: TALKBACKS 16.: Terry #9: Governments derive their powers from the consent of the governed – How can you be healed of a sickness when you do not recognize you are diseased? In a speech to the Israel Policy Forum on the subject of the Gaza withdrawal, then “Vice” Prime Minister Ehud Olmert summed up the disease in Israel eloquently, early June 2005: “We are tired of fighting, we are tired of being courageous, we are tired of winning, we are tired of defeating our enemies,” etc. Within months, Israel’s Jews gave Olmert and Kadima the mandate to govern. What can you do to force these changes on an unresponsive political system? Ask your unresponsive Jewish neighbor. / Steve – Fla. (05/30/2008 21:19)

JIWON:
Who will become next Prime Minister in Israel? Still, neither Olmert nor Netanyahu is my favorite.

Prime / Vice-Prime Minister: Rabbi
Minister of Foreign-Affair / Finance: Rabbi
Minister of Defense: Diehard-Dove
Minister of Housing & Construction: Diehard-Dove
Minister of Hamas-Terror: Israeli Arab
Minister of Justice: Rival of Dorit Beinisch (=Aharon Barak)
Two Ministers of Education: One for Ph.D and one for Rabbi
Twenty-Three Ministers, Advisors, and Committee Chairmen of Poverty: Members of Jewish-Netanyahu’s Likud and Russian-Liberman’s Yisrael Beitenu
Minister of The-Rest: Will be decided by ‘Scissors-Paper-Stone,’ after proving his central political views
Spokeman for Israel: BIBI
Minister of Culture and Sport (=Soccer): Daniel Barenboim

JIWON:
Daniel Barenboim should be honored, too. Everybody knows that there is no role for Israeli cultural minister. However, this is the most effective way to make this naïve/foolish politician ZIP his BIG-MOUTH, which is contributing Anything but Practical Peace Negotiation between Israel and Palestine while traveling all over the world. It was not long ago that I learned how tired Knesset MKs have been. They have to keep their work on Sundays.

Have you ever heard this musician, whose most favorite motto has been ‘No-Compromise-In-Music,’ criticize Zubin Mehta, whose most favorite music has been the best example of ‘Compromise-then-Mediocre-then-Collapse’ and has killed countless Jewish youngsters’ sensitive talents? Have you ever seen Barenboim criticize Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival, which Jewish pigs, who can’t run their family-business without Barenboim’s yearly visit, have been destroying all the real talents in Israel? I’m not talking about Beinisch’s corruption case. I am only talking about their music business.

(Updated on OCTOBER 7, 2008)
This is Beinisch’s puppies working in FACEBOOK: JCMF Survivors. This group was created when my computer work started to get on the track, right before Barenboim’s Milan concert (Dec 7, 2007). They were preparing Jerusalem 2008:

1. Dori and Yechezkel Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival has been a special event to clear Yechezkel Beinisch’s criminal(?) record. (I have a perfect right to call it ‘criminal.’ Please check Haaretz. How did they treat Ramon’s sex-scandal? It also has been a salon party for the several Jewish families, whose members can’t keep their professional business without Barenboim’s yearly visit to Jerusalem. All they had to do was to show ‘packed’ hall to Barenboim.

2. After my official mailing to Dorit Beinisch, Dear Berlin Mayor and President of Supreme Court of Israel (Apr 22 – May 15, 2008), Yechezkel Beinisch updated his homepage with the most sickish information, which article was in fact an answer from Chicago: Chicago Tribune / Sun-Times.

3. When I announced Dorit Beinisch about my plan in FACEBOOK, the members resumed their work, but this time in another Barenboim-Group, Daniel Barenboim.

4. Hanoch Ron, Yediot Aharonot (Aug 8, 2008). and JCMF in Youtube: It was after my report about Dorit Beinisch on July 8. (See above, FIFTH OF ALL.) What does it mean? Is it possible without a secret-deal between Dorit/Yechezkel Beinisch and Zubin Mehta, who has been working for Beinisch’s Jewish Branja Circle? IPO’s Zubin Mehta will answer me if he is not the one. Please check IPO’s performance schedule in recent years. This is how this special event was able to draw public attention when a normal chamber music festival can’t sell its tickets in Israel.

5. Meanwhile, Maestro Barenboim slammed Israel after reading my report about Dorit Beinish and PM Olmert’s planned resignation:
‘Ignorance’ of Israel slammed (Aug 18, 2008).
Barenboim said, “They are negotiations between a weak Israeli prime minister and a Palestinian president who does not speak for most of his people. They are not negotiating over disputes about oil, water or borders.” Barenboim believes that progress can only be made in reaching a Middle East peace agreement when both parties to the conflict have an understanding of the other side’s history. “We are doomed or blessed to live together or next to each other. When that is accepted by both sides then we can start a dialogue,” he said.

6. It was during/after my mail to President Peres, Berlin Mayor, and Banana Republic that Barenboim wrote My land, my pain (May 13, 2008):
“JIWON: While reading Beinisch-scandal, I realized why classical music was dead in Barenboim’s Israel long ago. Classical music was meaning nothing but hypocrisy of the royal family. Not to mention a boring sound. Europe will soon follow Israeli case. (…) Could you review Sir Rattle’s BPO’s performance schedule 2009 with the information I provided above?”

7. Everything was a planned event and Barenboim should not betray his performance schedule. After Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival 2008, Dorit Beinisch will proudly prove that not Knesset MKs but her family is the innocent victim. The president of Israeli Supreme Court will confirm that Barenboim was the one, who was fooling the entire Israel and Middle East as well. As usual, Dorit and Yechezkel Beinisch will use this happening in the opposite way as they did when Muti’s Chicago answered my official LEGAL mail, Dear Berlin Mayor and President of Supreme Court of Israel. As a matter of fact, these are not the only happenings during my ten-year-long computer work.

8. One interesting article from Haaretz:
🙂 A Purge at Haaretz (Is Haaretz going to become another Bibi-ton? How long will it take? From Aug, 2006 to Present) (Please click this to click the exact title again.)
The Supreme Court justices are a varied group. Yet despite this, for nearly 60 years, there was no debate over the suitability of the justice “whose turn had come” by virtue of being the longest-serving; he was simply elected president. The assumption that anyone worthy of being a Supreme Court justice could also be president of the court proved to bejustified. Granted, the Judicial Appointments Committee, which selects Supreme Court justices, influences who the justice “whose turn will come” in the future will be. But Dorit Beinisch was appointed to the Supreme Court 12 years before she became president, and in 12 years, surprises can happen.

8. How Barenboim’s article/behaviors were used by Beinisch’s members to fool Barenboim’s real fans? Part of members come from German ensembles, which were subsidized by German Government. I will contact German Chancellor and Berlin Mayor on this subject. If they refuse my request and support their participants in this Israeli political event, it simply proves that German Government has been behind the scene to topple the present government, and will do again whenever Israel starts her Peace Negotiation with Palestine. Not long ago, they wanted to help Hamas:
🙂 Schalit Is Still Alive… (Regarding Hizbullah/Schalit-Deal, From Jun 13, 2008 to Present)

9. Weirdly enough, happenings in Israel never betray nature’s order. Please check the information below. This is why Dorit Beinisch desperately needed Barenboim’s international fame inside and outside Israel. Only Labor’s Barak and Dorit Beinisch were able to avoid death threat from Jewish terrorists while Barenboim and Folks suffered:

🙂 Daniel Barenboim gets protection after threats in Jerusalem (Sep 10, 2008).
🙂 Professor Sternhell: Bomb at my home shows settler violence spilling over Green Line (Collection on September 25, 2008)
🙂 Settlers are above LAW (From Jul 25, 2008 to Present) (Click this to click the exact title again, please.)
🙂 Supreme Court Inside/Outside Israel (From Jul 25, 2008 to Present) (Click this to click the exact title again, please.)
🙂 ‘Elena Bashkirova, Guy Braunstein, and Jerusalem Quartet’ at Berlin’s 22nd Jewish Cultural Festival in the Synagogue Rykestrasse (Sep 16, 2008).

It has been months. It has been years since my warning Barenboim about Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival. Hence, this is what should be added in My Requests to Barenboim:
1. Jerusalem Festival 1997-2007: Please check Masterclass at Merkel’s Bundestag (Sep 10-18, 2008).
2. Jerusalem 2008: If Barenboim appears in Beinisch’s Festival 2008, not only Barenboim’s whole income, 2007-2008, but also the Whole Sum of Festival Fund is mine. I will only pay for a rent for the concert hall.
3. Jerusalem Festival 2009-?: Barenboim should announce his resignation from ALL his official posts and just travel all over the world as Bashkirova’s ensemble partners. This guy has no ability, is mentally ill.

Sponsors joined not because they were afraid of Beinisch’s wife’s Israeli fame but because they adored Barenboim’s international fame and his Mideast vision. The performers come to Jerusalem for NOTHING in order to fool Barenboim; more precisely speaking…, in order for Kremer/Bashkirova’s friends to fool all my Barenboim-writings in my Music-blog. I need this money to start my LEGAL business with Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival.

Under normal circumstances, I was supposed to finish EVERYTHING before Jerusalem Festival 2008. By now, there should be NO one around Barenboim’s LEGAL privacy. Did Bashkirova beg that she will accept her legal separation(?) after this event, so that she could use more power of International media to finish her tour-schedule? Time will tell me ALL the truth. And then, I will bring ALL the cases into Dorit Beinisch’s Israeli Court.

Dorit Beinisch and her ‘Secret Society’ grilled Knesset MKs to investigate their so-called-corruption during the past 15 years. I can also do this. I did this computer work for more than ten years, with no hope in my heart. I will soon finish my business with Barenboim, then I can start another decade-long work, this time with my brain fully charged. I only need money.

Beinisch’s members kept using Barenboim’s images/photos to run their family business. Maestro Muti won his legal battle with La Scala in this case.

Beinisch’s members destroyed Barenboim’s EVERYTHING, from his professional career to his Mideast Vision. They even destroyed local business of the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra.

TIME TO START MY FACEBOOK WORK.
HOW MANY MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE MY INVITATION?

🙂 When is the best time to join FACEBOOK? (Regarding my Legal Business with Yeheskell Beinisch, From Aug 6, 2008 to Present) (My mail to Knesset)
🙂 Daniel Barenboim, Israel, Palestine, Mideast, and MUSIC/WAGNER (FACEBOOK GROUP)

This is the most effective way I’ve ever thought of. Will FACEBOOK handle my work as ‘spamming’ again? Last time, I didn’t violate its rules, so I was happy when they helped my tired schedule.

I just hope… ALL Barenboim’s fans to send their message directly to Daniel Barenboim, danielbarenboim@hotmail.com. It will be like this: “Dear Maestro Barenboim. You Are Born a Greatest Musician. Don’t Join Beinisch Family. Save Israel and Palestine. Help Them to Rediscover Jewish/Palestinian Values. Help Them to Strengthen Jewish/Palestine Mentality, Please. Only Maestro Barenboim Can Do This. We Believe In YOU.”

I AM AFRAID THAT BARENBOIM MIGHT RECEIVE COUNTLESS MESSAGES FROM THE JEWISH SOULS, WHO WILL SAY…, “DRINK FRESH CUP OF COFFEE AND WAKE UP, IDIOT!”

I WILL ALSO CONTACT ALL THE PALESTINIAN GROUPS, starting from Scottish Palestine Solidarity Movement. THEY SHOULD KNOW WHO HAS BEEN THEIR REAL ENEMY.

Perhaps, EVERYBODY would want to side with Dorit Beinisch. Then why worry? This will become only a business between Barenboim and me. I will probably lose my legal battle with Beinisch family. However, I can, at least, prove that Barenboim has been working as Beinisch’s dog. I will let ALL the members of the International Community know about this. The Jews, who wanted to honor late Jacqueline du Pre with Wolf-prize instead of Barenboim, were right when they insulted that Barenboim is now a different man and that he always uses international media to keep/advance his professional career.

When the time comes, I will contact every each member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, and Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra to collect their written documents about all those pigs around Barenboim. I promise, there are members who would want to side with me. I’ve read their official, ‘furious’ statement. I’ve heard their music.

In this country, one family has ability to ‘pack’ a concert hall. This family event should happen once-or-twice a year, or its family member can’t keep his professional career. How many families joined Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival? As long as Barenboim visits Jerusalem once a year, its concerts will be all sold-out, whereas it is very hard for the musicians of normal Israeli chamber music concerts to sell the tickets. Nowadays, it’s becoming harder, almost impossible for Israeli symphony orchestras to survive without help from Wealthy Diaspora Jews, who deeply care for the Jewish State and its culture. Beinisch’s Jerusalem Festival was destroying the entire music scene in Israel in the name of Daniel Barenboim.

The same thing will soon happen in Palestine, too. In fact, Palestinian society can prove more power to show up in groups than Israelis do in Jerusalem. Chamber music hall will be too small for One-Family. This is why it was almost impossible to change voters’ mind when Barenboim openly supported one specific politician. Just like Jewish Religious Bloc Parties, Palestinian family members hardly betray their leader’s instruction.

This is an interview by Palestinian youngster, who joined Bashkirova’s WEDO for 6(?) years:
“She was overwhelmed n 2005… ‘We weren’t sure Ramallah-concert would happen until the very last minute. I was too excited. I kind of felt like the host,’ she said. her grandmother and aunt had never seen an orchestra, let alone seen her play in one.”

How come one member can receive Barenboim’s money for 6 years? Well… there WAS a orchestra in Ramallah. There was an article about them years ago, though I am not sure of my memory about whether it was for Hamas or Arafat. As long as Barenboim appears in Ramallah once a year, sold-out concert hall is the only thing Barenboim observes and this foolish boy will be sure that Palestinian Society is ready for professional music business. I promise. If this Palestinian girl’s family members ‘buy’ the tickets for other musicians’ performances, I will change this writing. Did Barenboim try to teach her how to form a certain political opinion; so-called peace or friendship or against-ignorance? I am afraid to say that everything is up to her future husband and his family members and their leader. Even if Barenboim kicks this girl out of his ‘Secret Society,’ her family members won’t betray Barenboim’s favorite politicians, not for the political reason but for the economic reason.

What’s more, is she Christian or Muslim? If she’s not Muslim… The more this naïve girl brags about her joining Barenboim’s ‘Secret Society’… The more international media trumpets her big mouth, the more Barenboim’s Mideast vision will scatter voters’ mind in Palestinian society. How many voters chose Barenboim’s favorite politician years ago? Around 20%? In these days, more and more of Hamas kids are seizing Birzeit University, which is known as Palestinian Brain.

God allowed our human being MUSIC. MUSIC has a power to affect our human hearts. It can lead us into either heaven or hell. If Barenboim wants to start his MUSIC-project in Palestinian State, it should exist to unite voters’ mind and lead them into the better place. It should exist to strengthen Palestinian Mentality, which is toward Palestinian State. MUSIC has a power to destroy it, in the name of sentimentalism. Barenboim should NOT let it happen. We must find a way to use IT in the most effective way.

I am pretty sure that Jewish Pigs have already forgotten what Palestinian Mentality sounds and looks like. Please check my mail to Knesset, Dear Jewish Pigs/Souls (Apr 17, 2008), and find the article written by the wife of former President of Birzeit University:

SERUV / Courage to Refuse: Interview by the Nephew of Mrs. Netanyahu
(…) Two years ago, Yoni and more than 60 other high school students published a letter to the Prime Minister opposing Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories. He received his call up notice last year, and has been held in detention ever since more than 200 days for refusing to serve. That’s longer than any other Israeli who has refused the draft. The normal penalty is 28 days in jail. Yoni now faces a military tribunal, despite never having joined the army. Yoni says, “I know within myself I am right…” (…) Netanyahu mentioned from time to time that he hoped Yoni would change his mind. Yoni didn’t. (…)

Just… I wanted to help a poor guy after reading all those comically written report-or-criticism. Had I known how tired it is to read, organize, think, and write, I would never have started this hard work. I vow never to do this same work!!! For a particular politician, who has nothing to do with my life… *.*

I’m pretty sure President Bush is the first one to understand my lifelong experience, but who would listen to his spoken words in these days? I just hope Mr. American-Soon-To-Be-Ex to join Mr. British-Already-Ex to contribute to real Mideast peace project. After all, this writing won’t affect anything Israeli public opinion, which has been suffering from omnipotent power but brainwashed by loud speakers.

Of course, I have my personal opinion about Gaza, and to my surprise, I found out that it was very similar to PM Olmert’s ‘original’ thought. (I have to say, “very similar,” due to my English problem.) But I am not going to do anything on this subject, because sooner or later, Bibi will fart on the prime minister’s throne and he and his Palestinian partners will effectively use my writings.

I am done. The first thing I want to do is to finish My Requests to Barenboim.

(Updated on OCTOBER 7, 2008)
Meanwhile, thanks to Israeli 12th prime minister Ehud Olmert’s comical(?) interviews in recent days about his life and his real(!) opinion about PEACE in MIDEAST, I had to think and think and think… about ALL the Israeli politicians, whose left-wing opinions have been shattered by the former Jerusalem Mayor Ehud Olmert and his extreme-right-wing politics:

Peres: Hamas is exhausted due to Gaza blockade
Ramon: Truce ‘triumph for radical Islam’
Orlev: Ceasefire deal a balloon that will burst
Video: ‘Truce fragile but worth a try’
Poll: Blockade is making Hamas stronger
Video: Truce will strengthen Hamas
Livni: We won’t hesitate to embark on op against Hamas
Olmert: Gaza cease-fire is fragile, may be short lived

JIWON:
For me, there is nothing wrong with all the different opinions, except ‘Likud MK Yuval Steinitz says truce is a victory for Hamas and Iran.’ I hate this work, feeling that PM Olmert is using my situation. Hadn’t I watched this poor Israeli soldier, Gilad Shalit, who is still alive; I also went to Youtube.com to listen to sign of his life…

The problem here is that Israel is rather a victim in this case. I prefer the title as, ‘Gaza cease-fire to take effect on June 19 (No limit in West Bank),’ in which I collected interesting articles on this subject.

However, human hearts all over the world have been listening to Israel’s extreme right-wing voices only. Who would care for Israeli poor situation until the two-state solution finally bears its fruit? They only know that poor Palestinians have no country of their own and Israeli soldiers behave like Nazi. Those are also the facts that Israel can’t deny, and who and what do you think caused people elsewhere to believe that Israel is a devil? Does Likud MK Steinitz say what? Most Mideast and worldwide bla, bal, bla… I’ve never heard more comical comment than this one.

Perhaps, he should be appointed as an Israeli ambassador to UN. (Who is going to go to New York this time?) Did he really read my very first mail to Knesset, Dear Israeli Government & Simon Wiesenthal Center (Feb 17, 2008).? As a third person, I expressed my hope to use Barenboim’s international fame for a specific purpose; “My problem has been that as much as I cared for those miserable Palestinian kids, the same poor Israeli kids constantly hooked my attention. I suffer from more problem when the Jewish Pigs are the only group that points out their gloomy(?) situation and howls for the equal(?) treatment, and therefore, outsiders are hardly willing to hear the Voice-of-Israel and hardly know the real situation inside Barenboim’s Israel.”

I wrote this because I actually read the articles, in which Bibi was busy at displaying all the photos of poor Israeli victims to foreign visitors, who hardly seemed to express their sympathy toward those clear evidences. Who made this present whole situation possible? Can’t the causers please shut up and just listen to all the voices around them to figure out what the worldwide-one-voice sounds like?

PM Olmert said, “Hamas has not changed its skin. These are bloodthirsty and despicable terrorists who even today are doing all they can to harm Israeli civilians. Hamas is the address in Gaza, and it carries responsibility for everything that happens in Gaza.”

M-G Gilad said, “This is not a peace agreement. There is an understanding that is based on the effectiveness of military activities until now, and the will to stop it.”

Gaza has been functioning like a Palestinian State. Under the normal situation, if a neighbor country starts military attacks and harms the civilians’ life, any country can announce a war against its neighbor. Which means Israel should be entitled to have a right to butcher Hamas in Gaza Strip.

If my English is enough good, Olmert expressed his opinion, in which this kind of action should receive International support. What means the Road Map? Disengagement was the initial step by Israel. What is more important in Olmert’s story is that Israeli action should be recognized not only by the entire Israelites and their neighbors but also by the international community. So that Palestinian side also could mature to the point where they can make an agreement. This is what Olmert learned from Camp David 2000.

Exactly who messed up the entire situation? Why do you think I wrote that Bibi sounds like being funded by Hamas? (Please see Dear Jewish Pigs/Souls (Apr 17, 2008).) PM Olmert is finishing his era, …in disgrace…, and all the MKs are going to steal his ‘original’ thought, and this is why he wants to use my situation. It’s fine. Use this writing as much as possible. I just wanted to write this one thing. Why do you think I wanted to write to Hamas’ leader?

Orlev: Ceasefire deal a balloon that will burst: “A ceasefire agreement without Gilad Schalit is a moral crime that conveys the message of abandoning the kidnapped soldier to his fate,” Orlev added.

JIWON:
Of course, there is nothing wrong with this opinion. However… do the religious groups have a right to express this kind of opinion? For me, Haredim and Hamas are all same. (Does this term, Religious Zionist, also belong to this word, Haredim? Recently, I find that they use Haredim to refer all the religious Jews.)

1. Haredim don’t send their kids to military service. Hamas don’t raise their own kids as suicide bombers.
2. Both parties share extreme right-wing policy. They never want to compromise. Nor do they want to listen to worldwide-one-voice.
3. They always work behind scenes, using all kinds of dirty tricks. They never appear in public places.

I still don’t think I have an ability to be involved in Shalit’s case. If I do, I will surely be, but presently, I am more afraid of. I want my life first, and show my money to my family first, who are now under a suspicion that I return to the “insane-b*tch period.” I’m also afraid that Hamas PM Ismail Haniyeh might misunderstand my previous sentence; “If I were Hamas’ PM, I would use this golden opportunity…”

If I were Hamas’ PM, I would use this golden opportunity as much as possible. IDF soldier Shalit is in his early twenties, and getting international attention. He joined Israeli Army with purer mind. (Please read his biography.) If I were Haniyeh, I would treat this younger as a VIP and give him a hope of life. I would make him ‘truly’ believe how cruel Israeli government has been to Palestinian citizens.

Anyway, I was almost done another section of my writing last night, but could do nothing today. I am already too tired! Hope no further tiny-messages but this to find its place right below my original writing, Dear Arab Readers.

Sincerely yours,
JIWON
